J.A.M. Kitchen & Bar for the win . The staff here are truly service oriented and oh so friendly. The food is fresh and delicious. The Pomelo Salad and Banh Bot Chien are a hit. I don't think you can go wrong ordering anything from their menu. Their dish presentation is with much thought. Make sure you stop by and give them a try. Don't forget to ask for their seasonal menu. Chef Jimmy creates amazing dishes

Absolutely loved the pho here! The broth was rich and flavorful, with just the right balance of spices. Noodles were perfectly cooked, and the portion size was generous. Fresh herbs and toppings added a great touch. Cocktail was so good too. Friendly staff and clean, cozy atmosphere made it even better. Highly recommend if you're craving authentic pho!

When you first walk in it is very nice and clean. Plenty of spaces to sit around. What we ordered break down from each item. The egg rolls, which in my opinion are alot smaller then normal but still good. The shaken beef was good but there was not enough meat in there for the price point. The com tam is hefty on price if you want the full experience as it is about $40. Something i would try once but not again and the shrimp that came with it made me alittle upset when I saw it as it still had the digestive tract in the middle for all the shrimps. This is what caused me to give a 3 on food rather then a 4. The staff is friendly and attentive. I would come back again to try their different dishes.

It was my first time here, and let me tell you that it was awesome, servers are so kind and I loved when they recommend you dishes and styles, I decided to try their famous pho special with bone (best decision) and Jasmin tea for drink along with beers. Definitely will be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The first time I decided to come to J.A.M Viet. When we ordered pad Thai, I thought it was wide noodles not thin noodles. I know it’s not the restaurant’s fault since I didn’t ask them before I order. I only told my man about the mistake with the order that I made but Giang (Aubrey) overheard my story and offered an exchange for the thin noodles without extra charge. I appreciate about that a lot since she can just choose not to intervene but she did. Not too many restaurants do that. It was a good service from her. She was very kind. This restaurant is lucky to have an employee like her. Because of her service, it makes us want to come back. The foods here are delicious and very tasty. Today, I came back again for a long time & saw “ Giang”. She still work here & we talked a lot. When my man told her about my birthday, which happened 2 days ago, she gave me a banana ice cream for free! If you come here and somehow managed to have her as your service, you will love it.

We randomly stopped by this place to grab a bite to eat, and I’m so glad we did. The food was amazing cooked to perfection and reminded me of home-cooked meals. Everything was made to order, fresh, and beautifully presented.

I recently dined at this Vietnamese restaurant, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The standout for me was the pomelo salad—a refreshing, vibrant dish that perfectly balances sweetness, tang, and a subtle savory kick. It’s a must-try and one of the best versions I’ve had. The rice cake also deserves a special mention. It was served hot, with a wonderfully crispy texture that added so much character to the dish. Every bite was satisfying and well-executed. What tied everything together was their fish sauce, uniquely blended with a touch of mango. It added a fruity twist to the traditional dipping sauce, enhancing the flavor profile of every dish it accompanied. If you're craving authentic Vietnamese cuisine with a creative flair, this place is definitely worth a visit.

The food and drinks here were phenomenal! First time dropping by and the experience left me feeling happily nostalgic and so satisfied! I sat at the bar and Harry (Hieu) was helping me select the best dishes from the menu! I swear if I had endless space in my tummy, I would order everything from the menu. I went with the Banh Can as apps and it was so fresh and flavorful! I ordered the ca phe trung martini and was so amazing… such a cleaver spin on the espresso martini! I then ordered the Bo Nhe and it was delicious ! The beef was so tender and everything on that plate complemented each other perfectly! It was Thursday so they had a happy hour special which was 2 cocktails for 16 bucks. I ordered the Xi Muoi cocktail and oooh that one tasted so unique but nostalgic all at one. It made my mouth water because of the slight sweet, salty, and tangy flavors. Amazing! Service from all the staff was first class! Highly recommend everyone to come here and give it the credit it deserves to be the best authentic resto in Houston!!!
